As created by our Halloween artists, the arm gash is gruesome and like like. Some clever latex and make up works creates a realistic gash where you can put any where on the body. With a slightly pussy look, this make-up piece is not for the faint hearted. As for the poor little girl, i think she may have fallen down some stairs.
